'Doulas without borders' with Kate Woods (online talk)

We are delighted to offer this opportunity to learn from Kate Woods in this online talk. The session is aimed at doulas, birthworkers and those interested in the work of 'Doulas without Borders' to find out more about the organisation and ways in which you can become involved.

Kate Woods, founder and CEO of the organisation is a UK‑based birth doula, educator and mentor who has been practising since the late 1990s. Kate founded the voluntary organisation 'Doulas Without Borders' (DWB) in 2019, which serves pregnant, birthing and newly mothering women and people in disadvantaged circumstances across the UK. 

DWB has grown to several hundred volunteers strong and now includes Language support, Therapies and Infant feeding departments. 

Kate's inspiration is in supporting all towards informed, empowered and sacred experiences of the perinatal year and she is deeply passionate about reproductive justice.
