Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We currently ship within the UK and selected international destinations.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Please note that custom or digital products are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Digital Products & Courses

All sales on digital downloads and online courses are final. If you experience any issues with access, please reach out for support.
